Customer Service Representative
On short notice, we are looking for an enthusiastic customer service associate (24-32 hours). Are you someone who enjoys working in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and courage who likes to work in a team? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do? You'll do everything you can to help customers with all their questions as quickly and as well as possible. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, emails and chats quickly and in a service-oriented manner. You are the first point of contact for customers and with your empathy you are able to help customers in a correct and pleasant way. By asking the right questions, you identify the real needs of our customers and find the best solution. You will also work with your colleagues to make sure our products look tiptop and all content meets quality requirements.

Webshop employee - Marketing
As a Webshop Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketeer (24-32 hours). Are you someone who likes to work in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and grit who knows how to get things done? Then we are looking for you!

What will you be doing? You will be responsible for a large part of selling our products. You have experience and affinity with Facebook and Instagram Ads. And you have an understanding of social media. You know exactly which buttons to push to drive more traffic to the site.

The other half of the time you're busy optimizing the website, product pages, etc. You take care of a good SEO product description. You know how to write text that grabs the reader and know how to convince them to buy.

Webshop staff - design

Visuals are very important for a webshop and to take our website and marketing to the next level, we are looking for a graphic designer. We are looking for an enthusiastic graphic designer (24-32 hours). Are you someone who likes to work in a young and fun team? Someone with initiative and courage and a feeling for design? Then we are looking for you!

What will you be doing? As a designer, you will be responsible for all visuals that need to be made for the website. You will stick to the branding, but you will also get a free hand for your own input. Sense of detail and design is very important. And we expect your Photoshop and editing skills to be on point.

You'll either have a degree in design or Photoshop, or you'll have a professional portfolio of your previous work.
